Thoughts on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. February 19, 2023

 Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quanumania had mixed reviews, but I enjoyed it. What I think most people reflect on is how introduced the MCU's newest threat, and the next villain, the next Thanos. I liked the interaction between Ant-Man and his daughter. It is the right kind of movie for the action to be screwball, slapstick comedy. 

The only downside for it on my point of view is that I won't feel like I am getting ready to go on vacation in St. George Island, like I do whenever I watch the last Ant-Man and Wasp movie.

  Prior to the Barbie movie, most films based on classic toys were criticized the instant they were announced, but that is not what I am talking about. When I heard that Paramount was planning to make live action G.I. Joe movies, I was excited because they were my favorite childhood toys, and I still collect them as a hobby for sentimental reasons. On the new Snow White movie February 24, 2025

 Practically everything on YouTube is about the disdain the new live-action Snow White movie has, the same way the general public is getting tired of Disney's live action remakes. It is either the A.I. and C.G. on the Dwarves, and what Peter Dinklage said about the Dwarves in the original being incorrect. If not that, it is Rachel Zegler insulting the original, saying it is about a prince stalking a princess, and not understanding the original was about dismissing reality for hope, because it was made during the Great Depression, and it was what people needed to escape the turmoil they were in.  I think the main reason for the backlash it instantly received was the way Disney is trying too hard to over correct what did not age well in their past movies. I think Zegler meant they were trying to update the prince and princess's relationship in the original, and it did not work with how she phrased it. Flight Risk. January 27, 2025

 Flight Risk had a pretty simple premise but was still entertaining. One could quickly catch on that the pilot Mark Wahlberg played was working for the Mafia, in fact it was given away in the trailers. There was more to catch onto, such as the U.S. Marshall being associated with the Mob, but it was still entertaining. The main thing to think about is the Marshall's superiors being allied with criminals, which is something we really need to consider in Washington.
