Best Batman movie and Bes Actor to play Batman. June 13, 2023
My favorite Batman movie is The Dark Knight. It grips you with the opening bank robbery, making it clear what the Joker was all about, even if you did not see him until after it was over. The point of that was because he was waiting for the right moment, and you immediately found out why he was robbing it. Without saying anything, it was clear he was only using his gang to fulfill his goal, like he did throughout the movie. There is no evidence about how he recruited them, but it is likely he promised them what they were eager for. There is no clarity if the stories the Joker talks about his past were true or not, but I think they were all true, and all the theories about him, especially about him being in the army and suffering a traumatic injury that gave him PTSD, but he exaggerated when necessary to intimidate people. He said he did not have a plan, but he clearly did and that was to cause anarchy and chaos. The only thing that could stop him was Batman, who would not kill him for morality, the same way the Joker would not kill him, because he made his plan more fun. Jack Nicholson was a great Joker, too, but not as much a threat. That was why the Joker is considered by many the definite enemy for Batman because they are each other's dark reflections. I worked on making Jack Stamper and the Dark Warlord Janus the same way, and if you want to read more about them, you know what to do.
That said, Michael Keaton is my favorite actor to play Batman. He looked best in the suit, being the most expressive. He was also the best Bruce Wayne because he was smart but did not have everything figured out. When he was not Batman he did not know how to interact with people as Bruce. If I was told any of the other actors were Batman, I would believe it, but Keaton would be a legit surprise, but I would still believe it. He may not have been as physical as Christian Bale, but he had the epic bat movement because he could not turn his head. It looked a lot more unique, but then again it is good to be able to turn your head when fighting, but then again it makes his movements look more supernatural. What was best was it was Keaton that suggested Batman and Bruce should use different voices, leading everyone else to play the character to follow suit. That said, it led to the main problem with Bale's Batman, which was the voice he used, which is why I say he was a better Bruce.
Even so, Michael Keaton's portrayal of Batman and The Dark Knight were both inspirations for me and if you are interested in reading about them, you know what to do. Smashwords.com
