Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning-Part 1 July 16, 2003

Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning-Part 1, was a thrilling adventure. I already mentioned how they got a reputation for being good, with thrilling action, well acting, and gripping stories. The opening fight in the desert, and the way Ethan Hunt disguised himself to incapacitate government officials was entertaining. The fight in the desert was fun, and any action scene that involves a train is always fun. I liked how they were subtle about the sequel coming next summer, and I am sure it will be fun. As to whether or not this will be the last time Tom Cruise plays Ethan Hunt, that remains to be seen. After all, though I enjoy seeing him play Ethan, especially due to the character's name, I never see him play a character. And that said, Cruise would be a good actor if he would play somebody that is not himself. All in all, it was a fun movie.
