Speak No Evil September 23, 2024

 Speak No Evil was like a lot of horror movies, now whether gritty or with a sense of humor, where rich people are invited to spend a weekend with them, but they have an agenda. This time they had a phony son they were abusive to and would not allow to talk, when they really cut out his tongue so he could not warn their victims. They used their compassion against them, to lure them back, and eventually escape. I do not have a problem with that, but you also need to be unique with them and try using something personal. One thing that was used as a personal touch to the story was the victim family's daughter had a stuffed rabbit, she was really attached to which they used to lure them back. Her father said she was too old for it, not realizing it was difficult for her to let it go, it was like having Asperger syndrome, and they get sentimental and like to hold on to them, the way I held onto my action figures.
