The Fall Guy May 6, 2024

As a novelist trying to find people interested in my work, I relate to people in the movie industry working on their passion projects. It is often like the people that work in movies that don't get the attention they deserve, and The Fall Guy was a good example about that. It tells the story where Ryan Gosling plays a stuntman who has a crush on an aspiring director, played by Emily Blunt, who is finally working on her passion project, a sci-fi romance Western film. The main star goes missing and they are trying to make it look like the stuntman Gosling played killed him. One thing that caught my attention was that it never occurred to me there are no Oscars or any major awards for stunt people, and I am actually surprised that is so. There should be, because stunt people have the most dangerous job in the movie industry, and go through the most grueling training for it, so they should. That said, if you are interested in my passion project, and those of many independent authors, you can click on the link provided. Smashwords.com
